about

This was written for my best friend Karen. I wanted to write a song for her wedding, but I didn’t know her husband very well yet. Her wedding was held on the banks of the Zambezi River. As I sang the song, the sun was setting and the elephants were grazing on the leaves of the trees in the distance. It still sounds like a dream when I say it.
